AGING:

Fermented in stainless steel and epoxy-coated cement tanks for twelve months, preserving freshness, balance, and a slightly effervescent character.

VINEYARD:

Made from grapes grown in Chile’s Central Valley, harvested equally by hand and machine. Cultivated in soils with medium permeability and good drainage, promoting freshness and tropical expression.

TASTING NOTES:

Soft and pale pink in color, this Spritzer Rosé features tropical aromas of pineapple and ripe banana. On the palate, it is fresh with balanced acidity and a persistent sweetness that makes it perfect as an aperitif.

SOIL:

Soils with medium fertility and good permeability that contribute liveliness, clean aromas, and natural acidity.
