Aged for four months in a combination of stainless steel and concrete tanks, preserving freshness, intensity, and varietal expression.

VINEYARD:

Made from grapes grown in Chile’s Central Valley and cultivated in alluvial and colluvial soils, this Carmenere benefits from a terroir that promotes smooth tannins and fresh aromas.

TASTING NOTES:

Ruby red in color with violet highlights, this Carmenere is aromatic with notes of plum and spice. On the palate, it is smooth and rounded, with good intensity and a persistent finish.

SOIL:

Alluvial and colluvial soils that contribute freshness, moderate acidity, and a rounded structure on the palate.

Perfect with pasta in mild sauces and fresh cheeses thanks to its aromatic profile and medium body.
