AGING:

Fermented in stainless steel tanks for two months, preserving its freshness and fruity profile.

VINEYARD:

This rosé from Chile’s Central Valley is made with 50 percent hand-harvested grapes picked in late April. The vines grow in alluvial and colluvial soils that enhance freshness, fruitiness, and vibrant acidity.

TASTING NOTES:

With an intense pink color and violet and bluish highlights, this rosé reveals pronounced aromas of red fruits such as cherry and plum. On the palate, it is refreshing, smooth, and easy to drink.

SOIL:

Alluvial and colluvial soils that provide balance, freshness, and a clean fruit expression.
