VINEYARD:
This Cabernet Sauvignon is made from grapes grown in Chile’s Central Valley, harvested both by hand and mechanically. The vineyards are planted on alluvial and colluvial soils that promote smooth tannins and balanced ripeness.
TASTING NOTES:
Deep ruby red in color with violet reflections, this Cabernet reveals aromas of candied fruit with notes of plum and chocolate. On the palate, it offers medium body, harmonious tannins, and a pleasant structure.
SOIL:
Alluvial and colluvial soils that provide moderate structure, good permeability, and a fruit-forward varietal expression that is approachable and easy to enjoy.
